Welcome Trader
No doubt you’ve labored to get here. I welcome you and encourage you to think deeply about the next few steps you take. My world view says that people often confuse failure with making a mistake and therefore confuse learning with a lack of progress. It’s very easy to do and in trading there’s no more fertile ground. The work is emotionally charged, the hopes and dreams are fixed high and the chance of success seems ever closer, yet out of our grasp. We’re always, almost there. Sound familiar?
The challenge of trading comes in three main categories of discipline.
Skill:
Experience:
Process:
All three are required for effective trading and the tools available to most retail traders do not address all three at once. Skill can be learned, experience must be acquired but effective process is neither for sale, nor automatically a result of either experience or skill. It is however, required to effectively trade. In fact, what most people don’t realize is that experience gained through poor processes only results in poorer performance and unnecessary fatigue and distress!
My T.R.A.D.E.R. Workshop identifies your key area of opportunity & sets you on a path to developing the processes & needed experiences to realize the true opportunity for you. Your job is to apply the skill you have and gain the proper experience you need in your process that fits you, and no one else, like a glove.

Have You Experienced Trading CLARITY?!

Making The Turn, Feels Like Lot's Of Turns...
Traders can struggle for years, in a retail trade environment, to make the turn. Think of the things you have working against you:
- No Risk Manager
- No Peers To Watch
- Inventing Unproven Processes
- Underlying Fear & Doubt
- Bad Habits Prior To Trading
Let’s be honest, this is even before you’ve put on a trade!
So, it’s no wonder that traders who are in fact making progress often feel like they will make their way into profitability on the very next trade, and the next, and the next and the next.
BUT…
You see, progress is far simpler than that and without the ability to see key milestones in your development, one is bound to be like the marooned traveler who gave up looking for water on the last dune just before he would crest into an oasis of refreshment.
You Consistently Grow, Then Consistently Blow...Up.
What is causing you to erase all of that progress? Maybe you’ve been profitable for weeks, months and then suddenly, out of the blue, it’s all gone in one day, or even one TRADE!
How did that happen?
Do you have deep seated psychological issues that only medicine and years of therapy can address?
I SAY PROBABLY NOT…
The real monster in the closet is the lack of awareness and/or dedication you have to a PROVEN process. Consider this, if you could hit home-runs following a simple three step process that required no subjectivity, would you abandon it because you got tired of hitting home runs? Probably not. If you’re not hitting home runs in your trading it’s because your process is either broken, or doesn’t work. In either case, process is the issue, NOT how you feel about it!

FAQ's
Is this just a bunch of psychology?
No! I’m not a psychologist, and while that particular process can be beneficial I think it can be misleading to traders. Being a process expert, I think psychology is valid when the process reveals it to be necessary and not before!
Do you have an example?
Of course!
How will this help me in my trading?
What’s holding you back is clarity. While that may sound vague or nebulous it’s entirely precise and specific. Think about the difference between being able to hit a 95mph baseball in slow motion versus the first time you’ve seen it. The difference between those two experiences is clarity. Great hitters see the ball before poor hitters. The sequence slows in their mind due to experience. Their skill allows them to track the ball into the bat and their process allows them to repeat it effortlessly and fix it when there’s a problem. Your problem is clarity, my workshop will provide it!
Who is this for?
The best candidate for this kind of coaching is someone who feels like they are on the brink of a break through but don’t seem to ever get there. A trader who can see there’s opportunity but cannot consistently put it together. A trader, and this is the most important, who is absolutely willing to dig deep and take the next step.
Who is NOT right for this workshop?
If you aren’t willing to question yourself, your motives, your understanding, or yourself, this will be very frustrating for you. If you’re looking for an easy button, this is not for you. If you have not truly struggled with trading, then this is likely not for you. If you’re just getting started, this is probably not for you. If you do not have standard means to interpret the market, something like price action, market profile, Wycoff or other market auction theories, this is probably not for you, but talk to me on this last point, I would be willing to discuss alternatives.
